TR Fitness began in January 2016. Owners Rachel and Tim decided to make drastic career changes and followed their passions, both completing qualifications in personal training. After slowly building a solid PT client base and teaching freelance fitness classes at various gyms, the opportunity arose to take on a private studio in Bromsgrove. TR Fitness was born!

Excitingly the studio began to expand member by member and we now host up to 20 classes per week! Open 7 days per week TR Fitness runs classes including a selection of Les Mills branded classes such as Body Combat, GRIT series and energetic dance class Sh’Bam! Along with a range of freestyle classes including Circuits, Fitness Yoga, Pilates, Body Conditioning, Boxfit and much more! Take a look at our current timetable here…. (Timetable)

In 2018 we doubled in size taking on another studio which we are currently renovating to create a functional fitness area including free weights, resistance machines and new to TR Fitness – KO8 Suspension Kits! This functional gym area combines the latest trends in fitness making it that much more exciting to reach your fitness goals!

Along with a busy PT client list and extensive classes we also run a weight loss program called “The Stripped Plan”. This online program has helped members to strip fat, feel confident and reach fitness goals they never thought they would be able to achieve!

Rather than a restrictive diet banning foods and food groups we show you how to limit and control foods and get the best out of your calories! Our plan is based around counting Macros. By counting macronutrients; Proteins, Fats and Carbohydrates, we guide you to eat the foods that are best suited to your body type. We take into account your age, weight, height, gender and activity level to produce the best macros framework for you to strip fat whilst maintaining energy levels.
